Planning responses, directory searches and checklist marks stay in this page’s JavaScript memory. They are not put in the page URL, sent by the application or saved to browser storage. Reload or Start over clears them. There are no accounts, patient uploads, tracking scripts, AI API calls, applications or referrals sent from this app.
Copy and Print / save PDF export information only when you choose them; store and share those copies carefully. Opening an external resource contacts that site, which has its own privacy practices. Website hosting can receive ordinary request metadata such as IP address and requested URL; do not put health information in URLs or feedback to a hosting service.
The Care Guide uses programmed, source-backed explanations, not live AI. Coverage, eligibility, authorization, care fit, intake, licensing, vacancies and admission must be confirmed by the responsible organizations. This beta covers California public funding; private-pay placement is outside its scope.
